• One 3x4 cm  recent photograph 
• 650 ZAR (in money order for single entry visas with South African passport (subject to change by currency rates)
• Passport
• Itinerary of flight / copy of ticket
• Pathologist test/report for  HIV - TB - HEPATITIS B SHOT -  HEPATITIS C TEST
